We are going to upgrade the dynamic subscription package in the backend system, due to the up-gradation work subscription package changing process from the admin panel will not work from 12:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Till then we will take time from a customer that his package will be upgraded in the system by 24 hours. And we will keep track in excel sheet. If emergency we will provide manual support through the engineer in the up-gradation period. Please share with us an excel sheet with the requirement with the following information (sManager ID, Wallet Balance, present package name, Target package name)
